In 2018 I joined the co-founders of Frasch as an equity partner to pivot the business away from commodity driven products and catalog sales channel and create a brand that manufactured a curated offering of furniture, accessories and acoustical solutions to the A & D industry.

Early-on the business invested in a strategy to customize their products in an on-demand production environment with CNC machinery and processes that allowed for low volume, short run production.
